A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, and executive management across the mineral resource, media and entertainment, and technology sectors, David has raised over US$100 million in equity and debt financing across a range of ventures. He is Founder and CEO of Zodiac Gold Inc. (TSXV: ZAU), a West Africa gold exploration company, and has held senior leadership roles at Global Media Group Holdings, Global Media Ventures, The Players Network, and Interactive Enterprises. He has spent more than 17 years working throughout West Africa and serves as Co-Chair of the OSAC Liberia Country Chapter and Vice President of the Liberia Chamber of Mines.
